Jerome Home Receives Grant for Career Advancement Classes

JEROME HOME RECEIVES GRANT FOR CAREER ADVANCEMENT CLASSES

Jerome Home is one of several nursing facilities that have been awarded a Department of Labor grant for nursing assistant advancement.  The grant involves providing career advancement classes at no cost to the participants.  Many of Jerome Home’s nursing assistants have participated in this exciting opportunity.  A medical terminology class was most recently completed.  Congratulations to the following graduates:  Marie Santiago, Amparo Castaneda, Rosa Marin, Jane Sekscenski, Alicia Aponte, Marie Ortiz, Anna Kownacki, Mirka Muter, Enid Mejias, Melissa Olabisi, Nataliya Bilohan, Aida Cruz, Gretchen Plourde, Martina Haynes-Esnard, and Nicole Blackman.

Jerome Home offering assisted living at Arbor Rose, rehabilitation and skilled nursing care, is a not for profit member of Central Connecticut Health Alliance.
